First, check to see if the Great-West SecureFoundation^® guarantee is available in your state from this state of residence menu. If available in your state, you can elect to invest in Great-West SecureFoundation by completing the election form.¹ Then print, sign and mail the election form per the instructions on the document. If your election form is accepted, we will issue a certificate² to you and send you materials so you can select your Great-West SecureFoundation^® fund(s) and complete the enrollment process.

Payment of guaranteed income is subject to the terms and conditions of the certificate, the product prospectus and the claims paying ability of Great-West. Great-West SecureFoundation is not currently available in all states. However, we are working diligently to make Great-West SecureFoundation more widely available.
